Intoxilyzer® 8000 Training
Instructions and Registration

The Crime Laboratory is accepting registrations for Intoxilyzer® 8000 Initial Training held in the Crime Laboratory classroom.  Course Outline.  There is no charge for the training; however, agencies are responsible for travel, lodging, and per diem expenses.  Registrations will only be accepted online and only from your agency’s training officer.  Intoxilyzer® 8000 Initial Training is P.O.S.T. Board certified for 20 hours.  This is initial training (recertification training is available online).

Registration Instructions:
To submit a registration, your training officer will need the officer’s Chemical Test Operator (CTO) and P.O.S.T. Board (PB) numbers (if any).  To obtain an officer’s PB number, contact P.O.S.T Board at 328-5509. Please do not call the Lab for this information.  If an officer does not have an assigned number(s), the training officer will need to enter 6 zeros for the CTO number and 4 zeros for the PB number when registering.  

Registration for a class is not confirmed until the agency’s training officer receives a confirmation email.  As class size is limited to 14 officers, please do not register more than 4 officers per training session.  Immediately notify the Lab of any cancellations via email to agtraining@nd.gov.  Classes with fewer than 6 registered officers will be cancelled one week prior to the scheduled date and training officers will be notified by email.
