Instructions and Registration
The Crime Laboratory is accepting registrations for Intoxilyzer® 8000 Initial Training held in the Crime Laboratory classroom. Course Outline. There is no charge for the training; however, agencies are responsible for travel, lodging, and per diem expenses. Registrations will only be accepted online and only from your agency’s training officer. Intoxilyzer® 8000 Initial Training is P.O.S.T. Board certified for 20 hours. This is initial training (recertification training is available online).

Registration Instructions:
To submit a registration, your training officer will need the officer’s Chemical Test Operator (CTO) and P.O.S.T. Board (PB) numbers (if any). To obtain an officer’s PB number, contact P.O.S.T Board at 328-5509. Please do not call the Lab for this information.
If an officer does not have an assigned number(s), the training officer will need to enter 6 zeros for the CTO number and 4 zeros for the PB number when registering.
