Open Records & Meetings

The updated Open Record and Open Meeting Manuals are contained in two separate, searchable, pdf files. Both manuals also may be saved or printed.

In addition to providing detailed information about the state's "sunshine" laws, each manual also contains summaries of opinions and court decisions, an Index of Opinions, and links to view previously issued Attorney General Opinions. The Opinion summaries will be updated regularly.

To navigate the manual, simply click on the "+" to the left of the Chapter heading to see information contained within each chapter. The Chapter and paragraph headings are active links.
