Invalid Applications
- Invalid applications may be destroyed and the fees, photographs and fingerprints returned to applicant. Applicant will be required to restart the application process. An application form is invalid if it (a) has an issue date prior to 06/2011, (b) is not an original form issued by the BCI, (c) the form was reviewed by a law enforcement agency that did not have proper jurisdiction, (d) applicant began the renewal process outside the authorized renewal period, or (e) application was delivered to law enforcement more than 30 days after testing completed.
